P2000® Passive Gearbox Only – 35/92 American Cylinder

The P2000® Passive Gearbox is a replacement multipoint lock gearbox designed for doors using the American cylinder profile. This unit is intended specifically for passive door panels in systems equipped with 35mm (1-3/8″) backsets and 92mm (3-5/8″) handle PZ (center-to-center spacing between handle and key cylinder). It provides essential internal locking function for the passive (non-primary) leaf in multipoint configurations, helping ensure smooth operation and secure closure when integrated with matching extensions and faceplates.

This gearbox is compatible with installations where the cylinder type is specified as American, and is manufactured by Amesbury Truth Hardware, a trusted name in window and door hardware replacement parts.
