The 36″ Drop Rod Kit secures your chain link fence gate firmly and uses a center stop in the ground to hold the rod in place. The rod is designed for shorter chain link gates and fences and can hold single or double gates closed. The gate hinge fittings are designed to seamlessly attach around the 1 3/8″ framework of gates and chain link fences and allow operation without getting in the way of post hinges, allowing gates to swing while both opened and closed. It’s forged from high-quality galvanized steel to ensure years of reliable performance.
